The second half of the workshop will contain a gentle guided Yoga Nidra to allow your Nervous System and your emotional body to digest all of the work that has come before.
Safe & Comfortable Backbending
This workshop will give you a greater understanding of how to approach back bending postures in a safe and comfortable way for your body. Join Robbie to explore a range of techniques, tools, and movements that will change the way you attempt a backbend.
This in person 4 week course is perfect for anyone starting their Yoga journey, in need of a refresh or as an antidote for those who simply want to learn more.
